THE POGUES IRISH WHISKEYundefined
What is it: 
Created with passion in County Cork, Ireland by master distiller Frank McHardy, this is an Irish whiskey that dares to be different. The smooth single malt has hints of Parma violets, caramel brittle and chocolate covered peanuts and is triple distilled in small pot stills and aged in a mixture of double-charred ex-bourbon casks and aged Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. On the palate you’ll get woody spice and cinnamon followed by chocolate covered peanuts and sesame snaps, nougat and marshmallows. The whiskey’s standout flavour means it’s a single malt without the single mindedness – it’s perfect whether sipped, on the rocks, mixed or in a cocktail.

ANGEL'S ENVY
undefinedWhat is it: A port wine barrel finished, craft Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Angel’s Envy is an innovative product with a taste profile different from anything else on the market. It is blended in small batches of eight to twelve barrels at a time and aged for up to six years, then finished in 60-gallon ruby port wine casks made from French oak and imported directly from Portugal. The port finishing process lasts between three to six months, depending on taste.

THE DUPPY SHARE SPICED
undefinedWhat is it: A spicier take on The Duppy Share, the new expression uses a carefully blended base of aged rum from award-winning distilleries Worthy Park (Jamaica) and Four Square (Barbados). KASEI BLENDED WHISKY

What is it: The newest blended whisky from the Mars Shinshu Distillery in Japan, located 800m above sea level and benefitting from pure spring water that has been filtered through the mountain over centuries. Kasei, which means Mars in Japanese, is a whisky of malt and grain, a true ambassador of Japanese style whiskies boasting notes of white flowers, ripe fruit and a light touch of smoke.
