NIGHTJAR LAUNCHES THE SECOND INSTALLMENT OF ITS ARTS & CRAFTS MENU

This summer, the award-winning bar Nightjar has launched the second iteration its of Arts & Crafts cocktail menu with a focus is on fascinating new distillates, liqueurs and bitters from independent distilleries, plus homemade ingredients and a range of nonalcoholic products.

While the Nightjar menu remains divided into the bar’s traditional four sections, spanning the history of the cocktail (Pre-Prohibition, Prohibition, Post-War and Nightjar Signatures), it embraces the diverse new range of non-alcoholic products available, such as Everleaf, Seedlip and Three Spirit. Nightjar also shows its support for small, niche producers who experiment with unique methods of distillation, with the list featuring a number of fascinating new distillates, liqueurs and bitters from category-defying small and independent producers, such as Empirical Spirits, H.Theoria, Electric Bitters and Liqueurs, Rebel Rabbet and Kew Orangerie Triple Sec.
