NEW CHERRY BLOSSOM COCKTAIL MENU AT SEXY FISH

Cherry blossom season (Sakura) marks a magical period of the Japanese spring, and one of the most popular times for people to visit the country. Sexy Fish is celebrating the arrival of the cherry blossom season with a Japanese-inspired cocktail menu and mirror installation gateway.

Starting 18 March, Sexy Fish is paying homage to this special time in the Japanese calendar, with a stunning mirror installation gateway, a selection of Sakura cocktails and a striking neon pink fish-shaped cake, inspired by the Sexy Fish ‘fish,’.

Sexy Fish’s talented bar team has joined forces with The House of Suntory to create some delicious Sakura cocktails with Haku Vodka, Roku Gin and Chita Whisky. From the Waka Haka cocktail, which combines Haku Vodka with sweet cranberry, fortified wines and Bergamot to Skinny Sakura, made with Haku Vodka, Wakamomo, Elderflower, White Peach & Chrysanthemum and Pear Cider, perfect for those looking for a lighter refreshment.

World renowned multimedia artist Aphra Shemza has created a striking infinity mirror installation for the entrance to Sexy Fish, resembling traditional Japanese Torii gates and creating the illusion of a never ending path way through blossom. Torii is a customary Japanese gate most commonly found at the entrance of or within a shrine. The stunning mirror installation with lights and flowers will emulate the beautiful change of season, transporting guests to the pink blossom lined streets and parks of Japan.
