Quaglino's, one of London's oldest and most famous cocktail bars has launched a new menu called 'The Science Of Sustainability' which explores environmental issues of the past present and future through highly innovative drinks, exciting flavours and eye catching serves. As well as giving a narrative to sustainability, the Quaglino's Bar team have also worked with Indie Ecology and the Hunger Project to make sure it is also as sustainable as possible in terms of ingredients, wastage and methods.
