This summer, Granary Square Brasserie has transformed its terrace into a tropical paradise in collaboration with Jamaican coconut rum, Koko Kanu. Sun-seekers will be transported to an exotic tropical island with a striking installation and archway featuring luscious palm trees and pink hummingbirds, as well as a series of limited-edition cocktails and weekend brunch events.
Nods to the tropical theme will be evident throughout the restaurant’s outside terrace with an array of leafy tropical plants, colourful flowers, fluttering hummingbirds and splashes of teal hues, as well as a palm tree archway on arrival. Open all day, the brasserie’s al fresco terrace allows guests and passers-by to enjoy cocktails, lunch or dinner in the sunshine throughout the summer.
Throughout July and August, Granary Square Brasserie will also be hosting a series of tropical brunch events with live entertainment, Koko Kanu cocktails and dishes from the restaurant’s sumptuous weekend brunch menu. Available between 11am to 4pm with a live DJ, followed by a live saxophonist performing on the terrace from 11.30am to 3.00pm; helping set the Caribbean beat to the weekend, whilst diners choose from a variety of mouth-watering cocktails and brunch menu items.
In further celebration of the summer months, Granary Square Brasserie and Koko Kanu have created four delicious and exclusive cocktails for guests to enjoy. Tantalising concoctions include ‘Golden Hour’ featuring Koko Kanu, Amaretto, lemon juice, and orange juice, topped with a splash of grenadine, and the ‘Koko Blue’ made with Koko Kanu, Blue Curacao, coconut syrup, lime and pineapple juice. Also available will be the ‘Granary Square Cooler’ featuring Vodka, Koko Kanu, cranberry juice and seasonal muddled berries, and an elegant ‘Proseccolada’ cocktail with Koko Kanu, Sake, pineapple juice, coconut water, sugar and prosecco to finish.
