This October, Mr Fogg invites guests to a Sojourn in Skye at Mr Fogg’s Residence, as Phileas Fogg joins forces with Talisker on Wednesday 3rd October, for a night filled with Highland hurrah style celebrations. Guests are invited to celebrate the Isle of Skye in the comfort of Mr Fogg’s humble Mayfair abode, with a bespoke whisky menu featuring curated cocktails, live Ceilidh music, bagpipers and a selection of moorish Scottish delicacies.

Enchanting guests with the wonder of Skye, guests can sit back and listen as the live band, License to Ceilidh entertains with traditional Ceilidh music, as well as contemporary hits performed with a Scottish twist. As guests sip on Talisker whisky libations, they will be transported across the Isle through flavour, with cocktails such as, To the Lighthouse a light refreshment taking inspiration from the crystal clear pools of the River Brittle, with Talisker whisky, Scottish heather tea, wild nettle cordial, rhubarb & apple juice, aquavit and lime juice .

It wouldn’t be a true celebration without a bagpipe, therefore guests can listen as a talented bagpiper plays into the evening and take a trek with Hill of the Red Fox, an earthy cocktail made with Talisker whisky, Montenegro amaro, Seedlip 94 spice, cinnamon syrup and angostura bitter.

Inspired by the famous Fairy Flag, Mr Fogg and Talisker have created the Restless Peter Mackie, a mystical creamy concoction of Talisker whisky, frangelico hazelnut liqueur, Tia Maria coffee liqueur and barley syrup, as Phileas Fogg brings the essence of the Isle to Mayfair.
