Flat Three are creating a captivating five-course seasonal menu to celebrate the wines of Clemens Busch, a true terroir driven wine maker.
Pairing the dishes with riesling wine to create thought provoking matchings, celebrating the laser sharp and often textural wines Clemens produces.
Following a recent trip to the Mosel to see Clemens with Indigo wines GM and Head Sommelier notes "Clemens' approach to winemaking is clearly a reflection of his personable attitude and infectious passion for the terroir, wine and the Mosel. It comes through in the wines, they have identity that is unique, a richness that is moreish and they are quite simply delicious. They are wines that for me could change perceptions for today's wine drinker, away from Riesling of old, to a literally healthier (Busch's wines are biodynamic) style of Riesling you can really embrace and enjoy on their own... whilst also being serious food wines."
Clemens will be visiting Flat Three on the 26th of July, where you can enjoy a 5 course menu paired by Merlin, Head Chef Joe Timarchi and the Team at Flat Three.
