    Design My Night Says…

We heard the names Edmund Weil and Rosie Stimpson, and were immediately excited; the brains behind internationally renowned bars, Nightjar and Oriole. As if one industry power couple wasn't enough, they have teamed up with Mia Johansson and Bobby Hiddleston - both industry heavyweights in their own right too. Dream team springs to mind! Introducing an exciting drinking concept is never an easy thing, but this reinvention of the 'quick drink' will definitely make a splash. Widening the choices available to everyone on a night out and offering cocktails without the strict rules that usually surrounds them, we think London will lap it up. Pairing this with a more sophisticated drinking den, hiding below will ensure there's something for everyone.

    DrinkUp.London Says…

Swift was one of the most anticipated openings London has seen this year and it didn't disappoint. Upstairs is a stunning day and early evening drinking spot in white marble and sky blue with large polished mirrors. The Nudge Says…

Upstairs expect champagne, oysters and cocktails, served up promptly so you can hurry on to dinner or the theatre...Of course, there’s a chance you’re so blown away by the drinks upstairs, that you cancel all other plans for the evening and before you know it, find yourself downstairs which is fitted with the kind of simple 1930s elegance they've perfected at both Milk & Honey and Nightjar. Down here, there’s an altogether more laid-back vibe, with a library of whiskeys to choose from, yet more cocktails with more time-intensive recipes, and a few small plates including steak tartare with crostini, and Guiness welsh rarebit. There’ll even be a live pianist on weekend evenings.
